Jay is a third generation
resident of Mansfield. He and his wife of 26 years, Debbie Laursen
Barrows, born and raised in Foxboro, have four children-Cameron,
Colby, Christopher and Caitlin
Our district has had a long and proven
history of electing representatives who put people ahead of
